Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notification when they are back in stock!

We kindly advise that we require a 20% restocking fee in the case of a return in adherence to our policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Each of our bikes undergo a thorough test drive, meticulously ridden and tested to detect any potential issues or safety concerns, ensuring your peace of mind on the road.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

For in-store pickup or for shopping in person: We have a large inventory on-hand ready to go home with you! If the bike you select needs to be assembled, please allow 2 days for our experts to complete the setup. If the product needs to be ordered from our manufacturer, we will supply the estimated arrival date when placing your order.

For online orders: Orders will be dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. You can calculate shipping durations and costs in the cart at the time of checkout. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
