The warranty is provided by Tenways and lifetime guarantee is provided by the store, Good Wheels.  We offer extended coverage on your bikes with on-site service and support for the life of the bikes.  This includes access to a FREE loaner bike during the repair period which is especially useful if we need to contact Tenways about an actual warranty item.  We also provide you with fair market trade-in value for the life of the bike.

When you’re ready to upgrade, simply contact the store and we’ll schedule you a VIP appointment to review your options and price your bike’s value.The Tenways warranty policy is 5 years for forks and frame, 2 years for most other hardware, and only several months for the more highly used “wear and tear” parts.  If it’s covered by Tenways, it’s defined here.
